I am your Dynamic Alignment Coach

Rinnie began teaching people to flow in 2013 as a step on the path to self-love. She’s endlessly grateful to all of her teachers who have lit the way, and is honored to share this light with others.

Rinnie started as a dance teacher and fitness trainer realizing that many people haven’t properly learned how to heal the body through stretching. She then opened a studio called “Dynamic Flow Studio” teaching people the importance of healing their bodies through movement and pouring into themselves.
